In 2002, Amperor, Inc. celebrated its 20th anniversary. Since its beginnings,
Amperor has enjoyed dramatic growth and development. We believe this growth is

During this period, Amperor has grown into one of the world's leading manufacturers
of power related products. Today, Amperor has offices in China, Taiwan,

manufacturing and sales organization.
Amperor/Intertek
In 1982, Intertek Corporation was founded in Taipei, Taiwan. Intertek was originally
established to specialize in the design and manufacture of Automatic Test Systems.
After a successful startup period, Intertek entered the desktop and portable power
supply business and began marketing its products under the name of Amperor,
Incorporated in 1987. The primary product offerings at the time were AC to DC power
supplies, DC to AC power supplies and DC/DC converters.

Amperor employs over 2700 associates worldwide. In addition, Amperor has developed
a network of manufacturer's representatives to assist in local support of our customers
throughout the world, including Norcomp in the SF Bay area. Currently, Amperor has
sales offices located in the PRC, ROC, USA, UK and Singapore. Amperor's US headquarters
is in Houston, Texas. Amperor's manufacturing facility is in Shenzhen, PRC and its
corporate offices are located in Taipei, Taiwan.

Amperor (SZ): Amperor (SZ) is located in Shenzhen, PRC and is the design and
manufacturing center for Amperor Inc. Currently, Factories 1 & 2 employ over
2600 manufacturing and production personnel.

- Capacity expanded to 260,000 units/month in 3Q99

Amperor Incorporated (USA):
Amperor Inc. is located in Houston, Texas. Amperor provides both sales
and technical support to our domestic customers. This support includes
design support as well as local hub warehousing capabilities to support
JIT requirements.
Amperor Europe Ltd :
Amperor Europe was established in 1996 to expand sales and provide
local support to our existing customers. In the first 18 months of
operation, Amperor Europe enjoyed a 400 % increase in sales revenues.
